Completed in 2019, “Cowper Adorned” is a rare value of poetical works by Wm. Cowper p. 1854 with four original acrylic paintings on the outside and inside covers along with a dedication and binding all created by the artist.
This very special piece has been donated to the North American Friends of Chawton House for auction to raise money for The Library at Chawton House.

The Open House is an excellent opportunity to tour the school, including the newly opened Lower Level, learn about the classes and programs, check out the exhibitions, meet the faculty, and ask questions. There will be an exhibition on show featuring works by Faculty Members, Arts Intensive students, HUB Members, and NYSA students.
New York School of the Arts is committed to providing a collaborative learning environment across a wide range of disciplines. Our goal is to guide and empower our students to develop their artistic vision.
Our programs include classes in drawing, painting, watercolor, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, video, gallery visits, the business of art, and more. We offer full-time programs, as well as day, evening, and Saturday classes.
